Issues: grouped failure diagnostics

How Flowyn groups repeated failures from jobs, events, files, and monitors into issues with a count, first and last seen times, and a sample.

What an issue is

An issue is a group of stored failures that share a fingerprint: the same kind of resource, the same error code, and the same normalised error. It carries an occurrence count, first and last seen times, and a link to a sample failure.

When to use issues

A webhook destination has been returning 500 for hours
A scheduled job fails the same way every night
A monitor keeps failing and you want one record, not hundreds

How Flowyn groups failures

Every failed job, event delivery, file operation, and monitor result is stored with its error.
Flowyn normalises the error into a fingerprint.
Failures with the same fingerprint increment one issue and update last_seen.
The issue links to a sample failure with its full evidence.
Flowyn reports the issue. It does not change your system.

Errors

Status	type	Meaning
400	invalid_request	The body is not valid JSON, a field has the wrong type, or the body is over 1 MiB (`body_too_large`).
401	unauthorized	Missing, malformed, or revoked API key.
402	billing_error	The monthly credit allowance is used (`credit_limit_exceeded`). Reads keep working.
403	forbidden	The key lacks the ability this call needs (`ability_required`).
404	not_found	The id does not exist in this environment.
409	conflict	For example `idempotency_mismatch`: the Idempotency-Key was used with a different body.
422	invalid_request	A field value is out of range, for example `invalid_timeout`.
429	rate_limited	Too many requests (`rate_limit_exceeded`). Wait for `Retry-After` seconds.
5xx	server_error	Flowyn failed. The body carries an `error_id` to quote to support.
