You pay for the logical operation you request—not worker attempts, queue recovery, storage calls, or automatic retries.

A 200,000-credit Production allowance can cover 200,000 lightweight operations, 40,000 five-credit operations, 20,000 ten-credit operations, 10,000 twenty-credit operations, or any mixture.

Frequently asked questions

What is a credit?
A credit is Flowyn's fixed unit for one logical customer operation. Lightweight infrastructure work uses 1 credit; document work uses 5, 10, or 20 credits by class.
Which operations consume credits?
Durable HTTP executions, event deliveries, monitor checks, scheduled executions, and billable document transformations consume credits. Reads, status checks, workspace settings, keys, membership administration, and billing reads do not.
Do retries cost extra?
No. Flowyn's automatic bounded retries are included. An explicit customer replay or resend is a new logical operation and uses the normal credit cost.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. The shared workspace allowance resets each month.
What happens when I run out?
Flowyn stops accepting new billable operations until reset or upgrade. Reads, billing, workspace administration, retained history, and already accepted work remain available. There is no automatic overage charge.
Can I upgrade?
Yes. Choose Production or Capacity from Billing. The higher allowance becomes active only after trusted payment-provider confirmation.
Can I downgrade?
Yes. A paid downgrade is scheduled for the provider billing boundary, so the current plan remains active until the shown effective date.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation is scheduled for period end. The paid plan remains active through that date, then the workspace moves to Starter allowances without deleting workspace data.
Does Starter require a card?
No. Starter is $0 forever and never enters payment checkout.
Do all plans include all five Flowyn products?
Yes. PROCESS, EXECUTE, CONNECT, OBSERVE, and CONFIGURE are included on every plan, with Test and Live, schedules, automatic retries, API, SDK, and MCP access.
Can I create multiple free workspaces?
During Beta, an account may create one Starter workspace that receives the free monthly allowance. You may still join other workspaces by invitation.
What happens to my workspace after cancellation?
It remains intact. Starter allowances apply after the paid period ends, and history visibility follows the Starter retention allowance.
